Enrollment for Ahana Yoga's 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, September 23 – November 8, 2026, at our home studio in the Miami Design District.
Schedule
- Orientation: Wednesday, September 23, 6:00–8:00 pm (first day)
- Weekend sessions: Saturdays and Sundays, 10:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Philosophy sessions: Wednesdays, 6:00–8:00 pm — virtual, with an in-person option to be announced
- Mentor session: two dedicated hours each week, one-on-one
Final weekend
- Saturday, November 7: half day, 10:00 am – 2:30 pm
- Sunday, November 8: graduation at 7:00 pm
Tuition: $2,750. Enrolled students receive a welcome email with full details before the program begins.
