Everyone is welcome

If you can't touch your toes, you can still be a yogi

We teach beginners, athletes, advanced yogis, flexible people, tight people — everyone is welcome.

Ahana Flow is our signature 60-minute class: you'll work up a sweat, then be pampered in restorative poses to balance you out.

Your first visit

Everything you need to know

Our classes are designed to suit everybody, whether you've practiced yoga before or you're brand new.

Before class:

What to wear — Wear clothes that allow your body to move freely. Practicing barefoot is encouraged.

What to bring — Please bring a water bottle; we have filtered water available at the studio. If you don't own a yoga mat, you can rent one for $5.

Arrival — Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session so you can leave the outside world behind and settle in. Our studio is shoe-free, with designated areas to leave your footwear.

Props — You're welcome to use our blocks, straps and blankets, found by the back wall. Please clean them and return them after class.

During class:

Adjustments — Our teachers offer alignment adjustments. These can be solely verbal if you prefer — just let the teacher know if you'd rather not be touched.

Your space — Our popular classes get busy. If you'd rather a quieter class, come to our mid-morning sessions.

After your session:

Studio amenities — Showers and shower products are available; we kindly ask you to bring your own towel. Any questions, email info@ahanayoga.com.

REPLACE — how early to arrive, where to check in, and what happens when you walk through the door.

REPLACE — where to park in the Design District, cost, and how long it takes to walk over.

Bookings — You'll need to register and buy a class, class pack or membership online before you can book in.

Managing & cancelling — You're free to manage bookings and make cancellations online. Please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid late-cancellation charges.

We like to keep in touch and share what's on offer — special classes and anything fun going on in and around the studio. We respect your inbox and keep our newsletters light. You can unsubscribe anytime, and we'll never share your details for marketing with any other business.

I have practiced 20 years and in lots of studios and this one was by far one of the best classes I've ever attended. The class was vigorous and traditional with ample opportunity for advanced poses. The vibe was just incredible.

Went to my first ever yoga class here with my cousin who is local. Loved it! Dawn was an exceptional teacher. I found myself feeling pure joy and a sense of community.

As a former ClassPass user who explored Miami for 18 months before settling on a studio, I can confidently say that Ahana is the best in terms of instructors, knowledge of Yoga aside from just asanas, sense of community and culture and overall experience.
