“What is Little Tigers Club?
- Little Tigers Club” is built on the principles of yoga – kindness and compassion.
- We teach kids yoga and mindful movement in a fun, approachable way, while building their confidence and self-esteem.
- In class, your little ones will play yoga games, use their imagination, engage with music, and more to stimulate their senses, learn yoga asanas (postures), and learn techniques to focus and calm the mind.
- Most importantly, your little one will be given a supportive, safe space to be their best playful-self while learning yoga.

Kids Yoga and Creative Movement
Tuesdays, 4:15pm – 5:00pm
These classes provide a playful way for your child to learn yoga and breathing techniques while encouraging their creativity and imagination. Kids will play fun yoga games, do animal poses, stretch, and strengthen their little bodies.
Class is approx. 45 min.
